Refund Policy

At Jayora Luxury, each piece is crafted with precision and care. Due to the nature of luxury jewelry, we maintain a strict refund policy.

1. Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds are only applicable under the following conditions:
– The item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect
– A request is made within 24 hours of delivery
– Proof (images/videos) is provided upon request

2. Non-Refundable Items
The following items are not eligible for refunds:
– Customized or personalized jewelry
– Items purchased during special sales or promotions
– Products that have been used, worn, or altered

3. Refund Process
– Once your request is approved, the item must be returned in original packaging
– After inspection, the refund will be processed to the original payment method
– Refund processing may take 5–10 business days depending on your bank or payment provider

4. Shipping Charges
– Original shipping charges are non-refundable
– Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective

5. Cancellation Policy
Orders can only be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order. Once processed, cancellations are not allowed.
